Do's and Dont's
In order to safely and effectively lose weight and keep the weight off please keep the following points in mind.
The Do's
- Select a diet/weight loss product that safe, natural and does not alter your body, habits or lifestyle.
- Try to exercise at least 2 times per week at the very minimum.
- Try to eat a healthy, nutritious meal at least 2 times per week at the very minimum.
The Dont's
- Don't starve yourself with a shake or one meal per day it's dangerous and unhealthy
- Don't cut out foods that are essential to your general well-being.
- Don't use drugs or drug related products that contain harmful ingredients like Ephedrine or Caffeine. They are only "quick fixs" and cannot keep the weight off.
